Ethan Baughey

Ethan is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in automation solutions for the water and wastewater industries. Ethan has a proven track record of delivering efficient and effective automation systems to his clients. At RED Automation, he is responsible for managing staffing and training as necessary for project completion, executing all phases of project management from initial bid through final commissioning, and developing design and business standards. Prior to RED Automation, Ethan served as Filtration Engineer IV at the City of Chicago Department of Water Management, where he managed a team of Filtration Engineer II’s and worked on large scale capital improvement projects. Ethan has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and holds an Illinois Water Operators License, Class A. With extensive knowledge and expertise in Allen Bradley PLC programming, iFix, Factory Talk View. Ethan is committed to empowering partners to improve the management of water resources through innovative automation solutions.
